Constitutional money is that which is in conformity with the United States Constitution.
The Constitution has been usurped. Congress has delegated to the U.S. banking system de facto sovereignty over the U.S. monetary structure. This enables the banking system to transfer wealth from the people who earn it, mostly ordinary working people, to banks. Concomitant waste is unfathomable. This needs to be fixed.
